ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

We will send you a confirmation email of your purchase, upon receipt of your order on our website. You can also print a copy of your order from the website after you submit the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships, including tracking information and tracking link. You can track your package(s) online either from Tracking Link received in the mail or by Logging in your account.

DELIVERY TIMES

We try to ship your order as soon as possible, within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Our Business days are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UTC, except major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the details of tracking number(s) associated with your order along with the Tracking Link. In addition you could also check the status of your order by Logging in your account.

Standard delivery time for orders is 5-8 business days, depending upon the destination of your order. All our orders are shipped thru USPS Parcel select ground due to Federal Transport Regulations on Flammable materials.

SIGNATURE SERVICE

We do not require a signature for delivery. If you feel you need to require a signature please contact us.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGE
