Return & Refund Policy

We have a liberal returns policy; if you are not satisfied with your purchase you could return the product within 7 days of the Order Ship Date, No questions asked.

For personalized items refunds will only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in the customization that is the fault of JKS Finds. To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the personalized item, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.

JKS Finds is not responsible for errors in personalization if the information provided by the customer during the order process is incorrect or if the customer changes their mind about the personalization after the order has been placed. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the design, color, font, or any other subjective preferences related to the personalized item.

The product should be in original condition with its original packing with all the labels and tags.

Upon receipt of Return Request, we will authorize the eligible return requests and send you the details about where and how to send the return.

When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect and process the replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of return. The whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. For free or discounted shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. No restocking fee is required.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at “info@jksfinds.com”. We will make our best effort to cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the order, the whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. Please see our Returns Policy below for more information. Company name reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed due to the unique nature of the products.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

In case of refused delivery, or if the shipment is undeliverable and returned back to us, the whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. No restocking fee is required. For free or discounted shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
